Typically two to four weeks, depending on how many supplier options you are evaluating and how quickly internal stakeholders are available. We work at your pace and keep the process as lean as the decision requires.
What does the Procurement Advisory Engagement include across a year?
It includes regularly scheduled sessions — typically monthly or quarterly — plus written notes after each one. You can bring current supplier issues, contract renewals, or process questions. The arrangement can be adjusted as your needs change.
